We will inspect every piece before we send out. If, however, the jewellery did not meet your expectation in every way, please let us know via email (miss.twiggy@yahoo.com.au) and we will make it right.
Also, include a photo of the defect and explain to us what happen.

PAYMENT

After submitting your order via the form, we will get back to you via email on the total due.
Payment must be made 3 working days after we received your order. Otherwise, your order is void and we have the right to relist the item again.
Payment is primarily by PayPal. You can pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account, however it is easy to set up a PayPal account if you have a valid email address. Please note any payments made by eCheque through PayPal will only be delivered when the funds have cleared.
We do accept Netbank transfer (for Australian customers) if it is convenient for you.

SHIPPING

Item will be shipped out the next day after payment is received. If payment is made within the weekend or public holiday, we will send it out as soon as the post office is open. We will inform you immediately after that.
We use regular Australia Post service.
Shipping within Australia cost AUD 3. Subsequent item cost AUD 0.50 each.
For international shipping, the first item is AUD 5 and subsequently it cost AUD 1 for each additional item.

Our jewelleries feature all the French sentiments. We will have a lot of Eiffel Towers, French wording pendants, classic pearls, etc.

2009-2010

December - January - Oh, so hungry!
It's all about food in these two months. I already have some stuff in my mind, burger ring, pound cake hairclips, and cupcake necklace. This is a very exciting theme for me!

February - March - Alice in Wonderland
Alice in Wonderland the movie schedule to be screened in April. I've came up with a theme especially to celebrate the movie of my favorite fairy tale. We will have charm bracelets with different charms on Alice in Wonderland, Who-painted-my-rose-in-red ring, pendant necklace and hair accessories.

April - May - Bloom & Blossom
I will play with a lot of flowers during this two months. You'll find a lot of cabochons, charms and pendant on flowers.

I haven't plan any theme for future date although there are a lot going on in my mind. I want to do Japanese theme, fairy tales theme, vintage, royalty, and a lot, a lot more. You can also send me some suggestions if you're looking forward for your favorite theme. Let's pray that things are selling fast, so I can push up the plan ahead. Maybe I can have one theme for a month. That would be awesome!
